Opened in 2025, Bloom Cheese Collective brings together nearly 100 varieties of artisan cheese from around the world, curated wine pairings, charcuterie, and hands-on tasting experiences, all with a mission to make great food more approachable and accessible. From discovering her passion for cheese while working at a shop in Dallas to becoming a Certified Cheese Professional and launching her own business, Ali's story is one of passion, persistence, and entrepreneurship.
