Full Moon Yoga & Meditation Join us for a magical beach evening under the full moon—mindful movement, soothing breath, and a community vibe that leaves you lighter and more connected. 🌊✨ What to Expect • Mat Pilates will be our first time to add before Yoga. • 🧘 All-levels beach yoga to loosen up, strengthen, and balance. • 🫁 Guided full-moon meditation to calm the mind and reset intentions. • 🎶 Chill music + ocean soundtrack as the moon rises. • 🤝 Big, welcoming community—whether it’s your first time or your 100th, you’ll feel at home. • ✨ Leave feeling relaxed, clear, and recharged.
