Come join us for a gentle yoga flow and a rejuvenating sound bath under the Harvest Moon to celebrate our deep inner wisdom and resilience, themes of September's full moon. We'll start as the sun sets to the west and the moon rises above, moving through a calming flow to release tension. Then, we'll finish by melting away stress with the soothing sounds of ocean waves during the sound bath. No experience necessary! Just bring your yoga mat, blanket, and/or towel.
