Healing Ancestral Lines: 9D Breathwork Class in Grapevine

A heart-centered breathwork journey for releasing the patterns handed down through your family. Small group, beginner friendly. Some of what you carry didn’t start with you. Old patterns, old fears, old grief, passed down quietly from one generation to the next. Healing Ancestral Lines is a heart-centered 9D Breathwork journey for releasing what was handed down to you but was never yours to carry. Come breathe, honor where you come from, and begin to heal the patterns that run through your family line.
