Reiki Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls & Gongs in Keller, TX

Our deepest rest of the month: crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs and chimes with gentle Reiki from a certified practitioner. Keller, TX. Once a month, on the second Friday, we bring together two of our favorite ways to rest. Settle onto your mat at Spring to Health Apothecary in Keller as crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums and chimes fill the room with layered, resonant sound. While you rest, our certified Reiki practitioner moves quietly through the room offering Reiki, a gentle Japanese practice of light, hands-on or hands-near touch. There's nothing to do but breathe and receive. Guests often tell us they leave feeling as rested as if they'd taken a long nap.
