FALL INTO HER - Pilates • Sound Bath •Women's Circle Hosted by Becky & Marisa Step into the new season with intention and join us for an intimate evening created for women to release, move, reconnect, and receive. Fall Into Her is a cozy fall wellness experience combining movement, sound healing, and sisterhood. Together, we'll slow down, reconnect with our bodies, release what we're ready to leave behind, and make space for the version of ourselves we're stepping into this season. YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: • Guided Pilates session • Relaxing & restorative sound bath • Women's circle + intentional connection • Guided moments of reflection & release • Cozy fall-inspired atmosphere Seasonal teas & refreshments • Time to connect, unwind & pour back into YOU • Snacks & teas • THE VIBE: Think warm fall tones, pumpkins, candlelight, cozy energy, movement, healing, and meaningful connection with other women.
