Full Moon Sound Journey

Join us at Optimism House for an immersive Full Moon Sound Bath, an evening dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and creating space for reflection and renewal. The full moon has long been associated with illumination, reflection, and release. It offers an opportunity to pause, acknowledge what has come to fruition, and intentionally let go of what no longer serves us. Through the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative experience designed to encourage relaxation, quiet the mind, and support nervous system regulation. Whether you're new to sound meditation or have an established practice, this experience invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to a greater sense of balance, clarity, and presence. What to Expect: • Guided grounding and intention setting • An immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls • Space for personal reflection and integration • A welcoming community experience Come as you are, take what you need, and allow yourself the space to simply be. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is necessary.
