Real Talk. Real Impact.” An inspiring afternoon focused on heart health, organ donation, healthy living, and the power of community. This special event will bring together community members, health advocates, transplant recipients, and special guests for meaningful conversations about taking charge of your health and understanding the impact of heart disease and organ donation. Through real-life stories, education, and open discussion, attendees will hear firsthand experiences that highlight resilience, prevention, recovery, and the importance of making informed health decisions.
