A gentle mobility flow, followed by a two-mile community walk and breathwork by Lake Michigan. Sunday morning, but softer. 💗 We’ll begin with approximately 20 minutes of gentle mobility before taking a relaxed two-mile community walk along the lakefront. We’ll finish with intentional breathwork and a moment to reset before heading into the new week. Come move, connect, and enjoy Chicago’s lakefront with us. Bring: a good attitude, comfortable walking shoes, water, and layers appropriate for the weather.
