Gentle yoga, quiet reading, and meaningful conversation in community. Bring a book you love and spend your Sunday afternoon moving and reading in community. Stretch & Stories begins with gentle yoga followed by a quiet reading hour. We’ll close with guided conversation and an opportunity to connect. No pressure to finish a chapter. No assigned reading. Just bring something you genuinely want to read. Bring: yoga mat, book, water, and anything that makes your reading time cozy.
