UG Elevate: Adult Field Day

Chicago’s free Adult Field Day celebrating movement, mental wellness, connection, healthy living, and play. UG Adult Field Day is a free community wellness event bringing people together through movement, play, mental wellness, and connection. Spend the day getting outside, moving your body, laughing, connecting with others, and enjoying a positive community experience. You can watch the Field Day competition, enjoy open play, explore the Community Village, connect with wellness organizations and resources, listen to music, and bring the family to enjoy the Kids Zone featuring Rollin’ Rec hosted by the Chicago Park District. Whether you stay for an hour or spend the afternoon with us, the goal is simple: create more space for movement, connection, joy, and mental well-being. General Admission is FREE.
