The Harvest Moon reminds us to recognize what has grown, honor what we have cultivated, and receive the abundance already present in our lives. Join us for a nourishing 90-minute Full Moon Yoga Experience combining gentle, accessible movement with meditation, intention, and restorative sound healing. Unlike a traditional yoga class, this experience is designed less around achieving poses and more around slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and creating space to acknowledge what this season of your life has produced. We’ll begin with grounding and gentle movement to open the body and settle the nervous system before transitioning into deeper rest accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound.
