Hape Circle (October 23)

In this workshop we will learn about a very misunderstood and very powerful medicine, hape (non-hallucinogenic, it simply clears out stagnant, dense and anxious energy quickly and is very helpful for meditation, which we will do together after). We will deep dive into learning about different varieties and will see how each one is a very different medicine from the other. Your host, Catherine Brown, has lived in and studied with various Amazonian indigenous communities over the past 16 years and has a formation in shamanic healing from The Foundation for Shamanic Studies. She is also a Reiki Master and a professional Akashic Records consultant.
