This series pairs walking with meaningful conversation, giving you permission to step outside, breathe, talk it out—then come back together to reflect on more self-care and wellness, in a fun, enjoyable way. HOUR ONE · OUTDOORS Walk & Talk Walk with a partner and discuss that week's questions. No partner? One will be matched for you. HOUR TWO · DISCUSSION GROUP Sip & Chat Grab a drink and join the group to share what came up and keep talking about self-care and wellness strategies.
