Bring your little ones and join us for a fun, supportive workout designed especially for moms! Free and open to all. Dates: Mondays, September 14-October 19 | Time: 10-11 a.m. Location: Country Park Shelter #2, 3905 Nathanael Greene Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455 Bring your little ones and join us for a fun, supportive workout designed especially for moms! This all-levels class welcomes mamas with strollers, baby-wearing littles, and/or toddlers in tow. These classes are brought to you in partnership with Greensboro Parks & Recreation. Each session blends cardio, bodyweight strength, and gentle stretching to help you build fitness while bonding with your child and connecting with other moms. Toddlers are welcome to jump in on the fun alongside you, or they can enjoy a coned-off play area in the field for running, exploring, and playing together. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and make fitness part of your motherhood journey—together. Bring a mat, beach towel, or blanket to use during the workout.
