The responsible one. The woman who gets things done. You know your titles. You know your responsibilities. You know what people expect from you. But who are you beyond all of that? Not what you do for a living. Not who depends on you. Not what you've accomplished. Who are YOU? And when was the last time you gave yourself an opportunity to explore that question? Welcome to Defined, Undefined, & Unwritten™ Presented by Progressing through Therapy, PLLC and Seeking Self, PLLC, Defined, Undefined, & Unwritten™ (DUU) is a clinically informed, interactive exploration series for women who are curious about the experiences, expectations, relationships, and roles that have shaped their identities. This isn't about fixing yourself. It's not about finding something wrong with your life. And we're certainly not going to tell you who you should become. This is about exploration. Awareness. Discovery. Growth. Because sometimes we become so familiar with what we do, what others expect, and who we've learned to be that we rarely stop to examine the person behind those roles. And here's something worth considering: What if there are parts of you that you haven't even had the opportunity to discover yet? Workshop I: Who Have I Learned to Be? Our first workshop begins with a simple but thought-provoking question: How did I learn to become the woman I am today? Through engaging activities, guided reflection, and interactive experiences, we'll explore: • The roles and responsibilities you've carried throughout your life. • The expectations you inherited, accepted, or chose. • How family, culture, relationships, and life experiences influence identity. • The difference between who you are and what you do for others. • What you recognize about yourself—and what you may still be discovering. We'll use activities such as the Life Timeline, Role Timeline, Identity Wheel, and Johari Window to encourage reflection, conversation, and new perspectives. And no, this isn't four hours of sitting and listening to someone talk at you. You'll participate, think, question, reflect, and perhaps recognize something about yourself that you've never considered before. Your Story Belongs to You You won't be required to share personal experiences, disclose painful memories, or tell strangers your business. Some activities include opportunities for anonymous participation. You decide what you share. Who Should Attend? Women ages 30 and older who are curious about identity, self-awareness, personal development, and the possibility of discovering more about themselves. You don't have to be experiencing a major life transition. You don't have to feel stuck. You don't have to be unhappy.
