SHIFT: Getting Your Business Ready for What’s Next

The market is shifting. Your business needs to shift with it. It’s been a challenging year for many real estate agents, and the final quarter and winter months are not the time to sit back and wait for things to get easier. This is a new series designed to help agents at every level take a hard look at their business, make necessary adjustments, and prepare for what’s ahead. This is not a series of classes to casually drop into. We strongly encourage agents to commit to the full series, do the work, and put the strategies into action. We’re kicking things off with Finance Friday! Finance Friday: Don’t Let Your Expenses Haunt You Friday, October 23 Join our OP, Andy Leung, for a hands-on financial workshop focused on one simple goal: finding ways to cut your monthly expenses by 10%. Andy will personally walk agents through their expenses and help identify where they can realistically cut back. You’ll separate your required expenses from optional expenses, look at where your money is going, and identify opportunities to make changes. This is a workshop — come prepared to work on YOUR numbers. Bring: • Recent bank statements • Credit card statements • Your monthly expense information • The Financial Reality Check worksheet • An open mind and willingness to make some changes Then we SHIFT. Beginning Thursday, October 29, we'll meet every Thursday at noon to work through Gary Keller’s Shift and its 12 tactics for navigating a changing market. These sessions will be part book club, part mastermind, and part working class. You’ll be expected to read the assigned material before class, then come ready to discuss it, break it down, and determine how to apply it to your business.
