Yoga offers many physical and mental health benefits for children by supporting growing bodies, improving emotional regulation, and more! Bring the children to a yoga storytime based on the book Awesome Autumn by Bruce Goldstone. We will use imagery and our senses to engage our bodies and practice simple poses. Bring a towel or yoga mat.
