A parent-child workshop invites children ages five to eight and their guardians to participate together. Participants should arrive dressed comfortably and appropriately for the activity.

Parent-child workshop intended for kiddos ages 5-8 and a parent or guardian. Please come comfortably yet appropriately dressed. This parent-child workshop is intended to provide parents and kiddos with strategies for better managing emotions. Attendees also receive a copy of the "Finding My Calm" workbook. It is encouraged that attendees come dressed to do breathwork on supplied yoga mats with their child. No more than 2 children per adult please. Chairs will be provided to those who do not desire to sit on mats.
