Join Erin Tseng of Tseng Wellness and Haylee of Healing in Waves for a deeply restorative morning designed to help you release tension, settle your mind, and reconnect with a sense of ease. We’ll begin with gentle movement to release excess energy before settling into Yoga Nidra. Settled comfortably in savasana, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state between wakefulness and sleep while Haylee’s soft sounds begin to surround you. From there, Haylee will lead you into a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing beautiful and soothing vibration to carry you further into relaxation. During the sound bath, Erin will offer optional hands-on restorative support, including gentle assists, supportive touch, and soothing hands-on energy work. Or, simply relax and allow yourself to receive the sound bath without any touch or distraction. A morning to slow down, let go, and make space for deep rest.
