This class is an overview of cheese making basics from soft to hard cheeses as well as ricotta and other special dairy products. This class is an overview of cheese making basics from soft to hard cheeses as well as ricotta and other special dairy products. We will discuss the methods, science and tools needed to get started. Fee is $60 per person. Supplies and kits for home cheese making available for purchase in the Farm store.
