Fourth Trimester Support Circle- Greenville

The Fourth Trimester Support Circle is a six week group that offers connection and support for moms during their fourth trimester. Welcome to the Fourth Trimester Support Circle! Entering motherhood, whether it is for the first or the fifth time, can be challenging and often isolating. This 6-week group for moms with babies 0-5 months meets for 90 minutes & is a great way to connect with other moms and learn from experts who can help you continue to navigate your own path. We will be meeting on 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, & 11/19. My goal as your facilitator is for you to walk away from this group with new friends who are walking the same path and to help you find feelings of confidence, support and validation. Guest speaker topics vary by session but may include: • Adjusting to Motherhood • Maternal & Parental Mental Health • Chiropractic Care for Pregnancy, Postpartum, Infants & Family • Infant Sleep & Routines • Infant Development/Feeding • Pelvic Floor Health / Diastasis Recti • Postnatal Nutrition & Caring for the Postpartum Body Join us in person where we chat, share wisdom & stories, gain insight and support each other through those first few postpartum months. It's a safe space to vent, ask questions, and connect with others who totally get what you're going through.
