A class designed to support the lymphatic system through gentle, therapeutic exercises that promote circulation, detoxification and vitality This class is designed to support the lymphatic system through gentle, therapeutic exercises that promote circulation, detoxification and overall vitality. The movements help lay a foundation for building strength and stamina. While everyone can benefit from lymphatic –focused exercise, this class is especially valuable for individuals who have experienced challenges to their lymphatic system such as surgery, illness, or other medical conditions. The gentle nature of the exercises makes them accessible to all fitness levels and the instructor will modify for any specific limitations. Experience the restorative power of mindful movement.
