JOURNEY: Community Yoga+ [AUTUMN EQUINOX]

Take some time to move your body, clear your mind, and tune in to your soul, through yoga + journaling + gathering, in nature and community. In Journey Sessions we combine movement (yoga, dance) , self-study (journaling, meditation), and expression (music, art) for you and for all to cultivate awareness, wholeness, and connectedness within and together: • Awareness - use movement and expression to connect mind, body, and spirit through seasons and cycles of processing, releasing, and generating • Wholeness - give yourself time to observe where you are along your journey on the mat, in daily life, and your inner world • Connectedness - share space in community while practicing pranayama, asana, meditation, and drawing or journaling Bring a mat or blanket, sketchbook or journal, creative tools, flow toys, instruments, and water.
