Meet Inner Peace Collective’s teachers in person: calm, cozy yoga, Qigong, yin, flow, and restorative practices. Meet the Yoga Teachers! Saturday, November 14, 2026 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM A Day of Yoga, Movement, Relaxation & Community! Join us for a beautiful day of exploration, connection, and community! This is a wonderful opportunity to meet our teachers, sample different styles of yoga and mindful movement, and perhaps discover something new that you haven’t experienced before! Whether you’re completely new to yoga, curious about trying a different practice, or have been practicing for years, there’s something for everyone. Come for one class, a few classes, or spend the entire day with us! All classes are 45 minutes, with 15-minute breaks between sessions to relax, enjoy tea and treats, connect with our teachers, and visit with others in our community. Schedule of Events 10:00–10:15 AM | Welcome & Introductions A warm welcome and brief introduction to our teachers and the day’s offerings. 10:15–11:00 AM | Yin Yoga Catherine A grounding, slower-paced practice emphasizing stillness and longer holds to target deep connective tissues, as well as mindful awareness. 11:15 AM–12:00 PM | Longevity Yoga — Kaiut-Inspired Danielle Experience a different approach to yoga! This gentle, therapeutic practice focuses on joint health, mobility, connective tissues, and the nervous system rather than deep stretching or complex poses. Inspired by the Kaiut method, it combines traditional yoga with modern biomechanics, using gravity, longer-held positions, and subtle movements to help release stiffness, improve mobility, and create greater ease and freedom in the body. Yoga for Everyone! Designed for all ages, body types, ALL genders and levels of mobility. Especially beneficial for those experiencing stiffness from sitting or everyday activities. No previous yoga experience necessary! 12:15–1:00 PM | Yoga for Bone Density Anna This class is designed to support women navigating menopause and the years beyond. Hormonal shifts can impact sleep and stress levels, joint comfort, muscle mass, and bone density. This intentional, strength-focused flow is designed to build muscle, support bone density, and improve balance while still nourishing the nervous system, easing stress, and reducing chronic pain. You’ll be challenged. You’ll be supported. And you’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and more at home in your body. Women and supportive men are welcome! 1:00–1:15 PM | Tea, Treats & Community Connection Enjoy a little refreshment, meet the teachers, and connect with others in our community. 1:15–2:00 PM | Qigong (Chi Kung) Theo Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breath control, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as “Qi” or “Chi” (pronounced “chee”). The goal of Qigong is to enhance physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being by encouraging the smooth flow of blood, oxygen, and energy throughout the body and mind. Qigong is often practiced to reduce stress, improve flexibility, strength, and balance, support immune health, and increase overall vitality. Suitable for all ages, bodies, and levels of mobility. No previous experience necessary! 2:15–3:00 PM | Strong & Steady Flow Catherine Intermediate Level A more active, breath-led yoga practice for students with some experience of yoga. This energizing flow combines mindful movement, strength-building poses, and balance to cultivate stability, flexibility, and confidence in your practice. Explore the connection between breath and movement as you build strength, challenge your balance, and discover a sense of steadiness within the flow. An opportunity to challenge yourself, move with intention, and leave feeling strong, grounded, and energized! Recommended for students with some yoga experience. 3:15–4:00 PM | Slow Flow to Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing Danielle & Erika Close out our beautiful day with a deeply nourishing practice combining gentle yoga, restorative poses, and the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. Danielle will guide you through gentle, mindful movement before inviting you into deeply supported restorative poses using blankets, bolsters, and props. You’ll be encouraged to soften, release tension, and surrender to the support of the earth, allowing gravity to do the work. Finally as you settle into stillness in Savasana, Erika will create a beautiful sound journey with her singing bowls, inviting you to relax even more deeply, quiet the mind, and simply receive. A wonderful opportunity to slow down, let go, and reconnect with yourself. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Come Explore Something New! Our intention for this special day is to bring our community together, introduce you to our wonderful teachers, and offer an opportunity to experience a variety of yoga and mindful movement practices. Maybe you’ve never tried Yin Yoga, Qigong, or a Kaiut-inspired practice. Perhaps you’re curious about building strength and supporting bone health, or you’d simply love to experience the deep rest of restorative yoga accompanied by beautiful healing sounds. This is your invitation to explore! You don’t have to attend every class. Come sample whatever sparks your curiosity, meet new friends, enjoy some tea and treats, and discover what feels good in your body. We look forward to sharing our love of yoga, movement, mindfulness, and community with you! All are welcome! Please contact Danielle to save your spot! 760-494-8764
