This unique experience begins with a gentle 45-minute yoga session designed to release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your body. From there, settle into shavasana and allow yourself to be immersed in a 45-minute sound bath filled with soothing tones and vibrational healing to encourage deep relaxation and renewal.
