Autumn Retreat at Our Space for Moms

Soak up Autumn's energy at a day filled with nature, grounding movement, nourishing practices, and fun with a small group of women. Welcome to our next Mom-centered event! This is a time for more than just relaxation - it’s a reconnection with the inner voice that often goes quiet in the noise of the everyday hustle and bustle. It's that long exhale and the softening of tight muscles. It's the sun glistening on your skin through the changing leaves. Here is what you will find when you spend the day with us: • Grounding yoga practice • Crafts to connect with the season + your rhythm • Learn manual care for your tissues with your own hands • Relaxing time in nature • Share time with other incredible women • Nourishing autumn lunch provided • Opportunities for guided deep rest and journaling • An Emotional Alchemy ceremony to transform stuck, heavy energy • Meaningful Movement/Dance Please wear comfortable clothing; layers encouraged. Add to the fun by bringing a friend! Parking on site. There is some uneven terrain and walking in nature. As long as the weather is nice, we'll spend much of the day outside. Please let us know of any allergies or needs we can accommodate. Love, Megan + Jess We are asking for a minimum of 5 people to hold the event.
