Emotional Alchemy Circle

A space for sensitive women to process, move energy, and soothe their souls In this circle, Megan guides you on a transformative journey through your emotional energy body. In yoga, the Manomaya Kosha is the Mental/Emotional Body, where your nervous system processes thoughts, feelings, reactions, and sensory information. By honoring this part of ourselves, we can transform challenging, stuck, and heavy energy into wise, creative power. We make the tough stuff easier to hold and process with simple yet powerful tools you can take with you long after the ceremony ends. Past participants have left feeling lighter and more empowered with a clearer connection to their authentic selves. (Note: This is not a therapeutic sharing circle. In this ceremony, you move at your own pace while focusing on feelings, sensations, and creative tools.) Your time includes: grounding and soothing practices around the fire, self-inquiry, connection to your intuition, hands-on self-care tool creation, and energy clearing. Megan’s integrative approach weaves together her background in occupational therapy, yoga, shamanic studies, and energy medicine. Tea and light snacks available. Seating includes a variety of chairs and logs; if you have a preferred campfire chair, you're welcome to bring it. Wear layers; blankets are available if you get cold. Please inform us of any accessibility needs; there are stairs, a small hill, and uneven terrain around the campfire. There is an option to bring a car closer to avoid stairs and the hill if needed.
