Integrating Movement : From Ground To Gait

Rediscover the movements of early development and explore greater coordination, connection, and ease in your body. Rediscover how your body works together as a whole. Integrating Movement from Ground to Gait is a guided movement experience inspired by the foundational patterns we develop early in life. Through breath, ground-based movement, crawling, standing, and walking, we’ll explore ways to reconnect different parts of the body and develop a greater sense of coordination, ease, and whole-body integration. You may leave feeling more grounded, more connected to your body, more aware of how you move, and with movement that feels a little easier, freer, and more natural.
