Wellness retreat for Black men ages. Yoga, nature, farm fresh food & an opportunity to really pause, and take a breath before the holidays. What we’ll do together: (Nothing Corny, but it may be CHALLENGING ) Farm tour: Take some time to reconnect with what’s natural on a beautiful urban farm. Yoga and mindfulness: Practices to allow our bodies and minds to decompress. Farm-fresh food: Eating good, healthy food that builds our strength and helps us feel good. Learn ways to nourish your body. Bonfire conversation: Guided to help us share openly, then letting it flow. You don’t have to say anything. Real tools: For your relationships, parenting, work, and wellness, so you return to your life healthier and well. Come back stronger as a: Brother. Father. Husband. Community member. Leader. YOU! No experience needed. Bring your mat or we will have one for you. Don’t feel obligated to do anything but chill in a positive environment. Aim is to Live longer, and healthier, well lives.
