Divine Remembrance: Life Force Activation Circle

A sacred return to your body, your breath, and innate Life Force. Divine Remembrance is a sacred space to reconnect with your body, your energy, and the truth of who you are. Through guided breathwork and Life Force energy activation, Stephanie creates a grounded and supportive space for you to soften, release, receive, and reconnect with your innate vitality, inner wisdom, and sense of wholeness. This experience is open to those that are seeking deeper connection with themselves and their bodies, moving through a period of transition or growth, or simply craving an intentional space to slow down and reconnect. No prior experience with breathwork or energy work is needed—come with an open mind and a willingness to receive. We will begin by grounding into the body through guided breathwork, creating space for the nervous system to soften and the mind to become quieter. From there, you will be guided into a Life Force energy transmission, allowing you to rest, surrender, and receive while a curated musical journey supports the experience. You may experience waves of energy, emotional release, stillness, warmth, movement, intuitive insight, or simply a deep sense of peace and connection. Every experience is unique. Participants may leave feeling more grounded, present, clear, energized, and connected to themselves. The experience is intended to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, energetic alignment, increased vitality, inner clarity, intuition, and a deeper sense of peace and embodied well-being. Come in comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you feel supported and at ease—such as a water bottle, journal and pen, blanket, or eye mask. If possible, avoid a heavy meal for 2–3 hours beforehand and give yourself some spaciousness after the experience for rest and integration. Most importantly, come as you are. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform; simply create the space to breathe, soften, and receive.
