Harvest Full Moon: Cacao Ceremony + Life Force Activation

Join us for a 2.5-hour heart-opening experience combining ceremonial cacao with Life Force Activation — a body-led energetic practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, deeper connection with yourself, and a greater sense of inner clarity and peace. This experience is created as a space to slow down, soften, reconnect with your body, and allow your system to release stress, emotions, and tension it may have been holding. We will begin with ceremonial cacao, then move directly into an extended Life Force Activation session. There will be no complicated techniques or choreography. You simply arrive, drink cacao, lie down, receive, and allow your body to lead. CEREMONIAL CACAO We will begin by sharing ceremonial-grade cacao together. Cacao has traditionally been used as a heart-centered ceremonial plant medicine and drink. It contains naturally occurring compounds that may support mood, focus, circulation, and a feeling of openness and connection. In ceremonial settings, cacao is often used to create a softer and more receptive internal state before deeper emotional, energetic, or meditative work. It can be a beautiful invitation to slow down, connect with the heart, become more present in the body, and bring awareness to what you are ready to release, receive, or understand. We will drink the cacao slowly and intentionally while allowing the body and nervous system to settle into the space. You are welcome to come with a personal intention, but you do not need to force anything or have a specific goal. After cacao, we will move directly into Life Force Activation. WHAT IS LIFE FORCE ACTIVATION? Life Force Activation is a body-led energetic practice that works with your own life-force energy and nervous system. Your life-force energy is the natural vital energy already present within you. Rather than forcing the body into a specific state, Life Force Activation creates space for your own system to respond naturally. During the session, you will lie comfortably on a mat with your eyes closed while music is played. The facilitator works with the energetic field around the body and may use light touch on specific energetic points. You do not need to consciously move, control your breath, visualize, meditate, or perform any technique. Your role is simply to relax, receive, and allow. Your body remains in control of the process. WHAT CAN HAPPEN DURING LIFE FORCE ACTIVATION? Every experience is different. You may experience: • warmth or tingling• waves of energy through the body• spontaneous body movements• changes in breathing• deep relaxation• emotional release• crying or laughter• sensations of expansion or lightness• moments of stillness• increased body awareness• feelings of connection, clarity, or peace Some sessions can feel subtle and meditative. Others may feel more energetic, emotional, or expressive. There is no “right” way to experience Life Force Activation. You do not need to chase a particular sensation or experience. The invitation is simply to allow your body and nervous system to respond in their own way. You do not need any previous experience with energy work. WHAT THE FACILITATOR DOES During Life Force Activation, the facilitator works with the energetic field surrounding the body and may use gentle touch on specific energetic points. The purpose is not to force energy, movement, emotion, or any particular experience. Instead, the facilitator creates and holds the energetic space while your own system determines how the experience unfolds. Any movements or sensations that arise are body-led. You always remain in control of your experience. ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR Facilitated by Valeriya — The Light Forge Valeriya is a Certified Life Force Activation Facilitator, certified through The Inner Method, with trauma-informed training and additional experience in body-based, energetic, and nervous-system-focused practices. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and body-led. She creates a supportive space where participants can reconnect with their own energy, nervous system, emotions, and inner experience without force or pressure. During Life Force Activation, Valeriya works with the energetic field around the body and may use light touch on specific energy points to support the activation process. The body is never forced into movement or a particular experience. Each participant’s system responds in its own unique way and at its own pace. HOW THE EXPERIENCE WILL FLOW We will begin together with ceremonial cacao and a short introduction. You will be invited to drink the cacao slowly and connect with your intention. After cacao, you will lie down comfortably on your mat. The Life Force Activation portion will make up the main part of our experience. Music will guide the session while Valeriya facilitates the energetic process around the body and may work with specific energetic points. You do not need to breathe in a special way, perform movements, meditate, visualize, or “do” anything. Simply lie down, receive, and allow your body to lead. At the end, we will have a gentle closing and a little time to integrate the experience before leaving. WHAT TO BRING Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and lie down easily. Please bring: • yoga mat• blanket if you would like one• eye mask if you have one• water No eye mask is required. HOW TO PREPARE For the best experience: Please avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the session and on the day of the event. Avoid caffeine for approximately 5 hours beforehand. Avoid a heavy meal for approximately 3 hours before the event. Come hydrated. A light meal beforehand is completely fine. You may also come with an intention for something you would like to release, receive, understand, or reconnect with. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED You do not need previous experience with cacao ceremonies, meditation, energy work, Kundalini practices, or Life Force Activation. You do not need to know how to “feel energy.” There is nothing to perform. Come exactly as you are. Drink cacao. Lie down. Receive. Allow your body to lead. IMPORTANT Life Force Activation and ceremonial cacao are wellness and energetic practices and are not substitutes for medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation is voluntary, and you are always encouraged to listen to your own body and personal needs. Come back to yourself. Open the heart. Regulate the nervous system.
