Puppies & Pilates Benefitting Lend-a-Paw Rescue

They will climb onto your mat. One will fall asleep against your shin halfway through. The instructor from That's Hot Pilates teaches a real mat class, so you will work, and the puppies will do whatever puppies do. That is the whole point. Proceeds from this class go to a local Long Island rescue. We will announce our rescue partner here as soon as they are confirmed, and the class will be renamed in their honor. Every puppy in the room comes from a rescue and is looking for a home. Rescue-only, never breeders, is the standard Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs was built on.
