I have a very hard-to-find size, so when I moved from Amsterdam to New York in 2011, I was thrilled—I thought the city would have endless options for everyone. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Five years later, I decided to change that and opened our first store. A decade later, I had the opportunity to open our second location in Hell’s Kitchen, and it’s been so much fun getting to know the neighborhood and serving Manhattan.
