Food Distribution at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa Church in collaboration with Hawai'i Foodbank ALL RECIPIENTS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING FOOD DISTRIBUTION RULES AND REGULATIONS: P LEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS ALONG SCHOOL STREET. ONE (1) TICKET PER HOUSEHOLD ONLY. 每户仅限1张票. How is a household defined? Everyone who lives together and purchases and prepares meals together is grouped together as one household. 家庭是如何定义的?所有一起居住并共同购买和准备餐食的人被视为一个家庭。 Upon completion of the registration form, a confirmation ticket will be sent via email to the email address provided. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY US AT 521-1700 SO WE MAY GIVE YOUR SPOT TO THOSE ON THE WAIT LIST. Each household may designate a proxy (authorized representative outside the household) for pickup. Each registered household or their authorized proxy must present a printed or electronic version of their confirmation ticket. Please note that each vehicle may only pick up for up to three (3) households. The proxy must have the confirmation ticket in order to collect the items. Please have your trunk or tailgate cleared so that food may be placed in safely and efficiently. Food will be placed directly into the vehicle at each food distribution station. No one will be permitted to exit their vehicles during the distribution. To minimize traffic and waiting times, please do not show up any earlier or later than your ticketed appointment time. NO PETS are allowed on premises during Food Distributions. Please leave your pets at home. Hawaii Foodbank and the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa Church reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not comply with the rules and guidelines established for each drive-through food distribution.
