What We'll Cover: • How neuroplasticity works - Explore how the brain changes and adapts in response to experience. • Exercise, alcohol and the brain - Discover how these behaviors, alone or in combination, can influence brain health, cognition, and recovery.Whether you're fascinated by neuroscience, or simply curious about how everyday behaviors impact brain health, you'll leave with a deeper appreciation for the brain's ability to adapt. Don't miss this chance to connect with your After5Society. About The Speaker: J.
