Guillaume is quietly one of the best winemakers in all of Bordeaux as he now produces wines for not only VCC, but also Le Pin! and Guillot Clauzel. He will guide us through Pomerol with his in-depth understanding of the region’s heritage and the future of what one of the world’s most famed wine region can expect in the coming decades.
