Rooted in the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda, this gathering invites us to connect with one another as we align with the changing seasons. Together, we'll explore time-tested herbal wisdom to boost immunity and support vitality, creating a shared space of rest, nourishment, and collective well-being. Your journey begins by connecting with the group in a grounding meditation to root our collective energy, followed by an engaging Ayurvedic education session on seasonal herbal wellness. Next, we will gather to hand-craft personalized herbal teas in an interactive tea curation. We'll then engage in a centering yin yoga practice to release physical tension, culminating in an extended meditation and sound bowl sessionthat leaves you deeply rested and reconnected—both to yourself and your surrounding community.
