Nicolas Salazar Chef de Cuisine at The Grove in downtown Houston, Nicolas leads culinary experiences ranging from intimate dinners in Discovery Green to black-tie galas for 600 guests. A native of Bogotá, Colombia, he brings refined technique and a flair for Latin flavors.
