Last Man Standing Finals: Houston Bartender Championship at Atlas Heights

Eight bartenders. One $1,000 champion. Catch head-to-head matches, a DJ, cocktails, and the action on TVs across both floors of Atlas Height Houston, come see who’s left standing. Eight bartenders have earned their spots. On Wednesday, November 4, they’re coming to Atlas Heights to compete head-to-head for $1,000 and the Last Man Standing title. Come pick someone to cheer for, grab some food, and watch the matchups unfold throughout the night. We’ll have a DJ, both floors open, and live match coverage on TVs throughout the venue so you can follow the action wherever you’re hanging out. Doors open at 8:30 p.m. First match starts at 9 p.m. What’s Last Man Standing? Last Man Standing is a SpeedRailz bartending competition where speed and accuracy decide who advances. Watch Houston bartenders shake, stir, and pour their way through Gin Gimlet Martinis, Old Fashioneds, Kamikaze shots, and Water Moccasin shots—all while racing the clock. But finishing first doesn’t always mean winning. Mistakes add time, and penalties can turn a match around. Each matchup sends someone forward and someone home, until one bartender is left standing. You don’t need to know cocktails to get into it. Bring your friends, find a favorite, and cheer them on. Make a night of it • Head-to-head competition featuring our eight Houston finalists. • A DJ keeping the energy going between matches. • Both floors open, with live match coverage on TVs throughout Atlas. • An open kitchen, with food and cocktails available to order. • Low-cost valet parking available. • Competition drinks shared with the crowd through drink tickets, subject to availability. Get here early for the first round—and the drinks. The cocktails competitors make during the matches will be handed out to the crowd using drink tickets. Arrive when doors open to get settled, catch the first matchup, and have the best chance to take part. Competition drinks are limited and depend on what’s made during the rounds; admission does not guarantee a drink. Meet your host venue Atlas Heights is a two-story Houston cocktail bar with food, cocktails, and a speakeasy space. For championship night, both floors will be open, with our production team bringing the matches to TVs throughout the venue. Whether you’re close to the competition or catching it from another part of the bar, you’ll be able to follow who’s advancing.
