Stella's Wine Bar Symposium Saturdays - November 21, 2026

Exploring the Crus of Beaujolais Journey to the celebrated crus of northern Beaujolais, where rolling hills and storied vineyards shape Gamay at its most expressive. Through a series of side-by-side tastings, move from one distinguished site to the next, discovering how subtle shifts in soil and setting reveal nuance, structure, and a remarkable sense of place. This is not the lighthearted, crushable Beaujolais Nouveau that appears every November (though we fully support it alongside Thanksgiving dinner!). These are the serious, cellar-worthy wines that have earned Beaujolais its reputation among wine lovers worldwide. 4:00pm | Stella's Wine Bar at The Post Oak Hotel $84.70 per person and includes fees and gratuity. A symposium is a wine drinking party or convivial discussion, especially as held in ancient Greece after a banquet.
