Ladies Bachata Workout Class

Miss dancing? Join a ladies-only, beginner-friendly bachata workout. No partner needed. Just good music, cardio, and friends. Bachata without the partner, the pressure, or the 1 a.m. bedtime. Did you used to LOVE dancing… and then life happened? Work. Relationships. Responsibilities. Suddenly dancing became something you only do at weddings, quinceañeras, and the occasional night out. And when you do dance, you remember how good it feels. I'm creating something for us. Why I'm doing this Dance has always been where I feel most confident. Honestly, I'm still rebuilding that confidence myself, and this is my first time teaching. I danced on a team for a while as an adult and loved it, but it was a huge commitment. Outside of that, I couldn't find anything that fit. Most options needed a partner, felt like a pipeline to performing, or had a "pro" crowd that was intimidating to walk into. So I'm building the in-between: a space where you can dance without pressure, without a partner, and without feeling like you don't belong. It's a chance to reconnect with fun, with your body, and with other women. It's not a big commitment. It's just an hour that's yours. What this class is Think of it as cardio, but make it bachata. It's a 60-minute dance workout built on bachata basics and ladies styling, set to music that makes you want to move. You'll sweat, you'll laugh, and you'll leave feeling like yourself again. What to expect • A welcoming start where you'll meet the women around you (so you won't feel like the only new person) • A warm-up, then bachata fundamentals and ladies styling woven into a cardio flow • A short combo we'll learn together and film as a group at the end, just for fun and only if you want to be in it This is for you if… • You dance at parties and family functions and want to do it more often • You want a workout that actually feels fun • You're bored with your gym, Pilates, or walking routine • You miss having a fun activity with other women • You've never taken a bachata class (or haven't danced in years). Total beginners are welcome. You don't need a partner, experience, or a crew. Most women who join the waitlist are coming solo. Want company? Bring a friend.
