Sound Bath & Paint Experience in Long Beach (Fall Equinox)

Unwind with soothing sound vibrations and let your creativity flow on canvas in this nourishing sound healing and paint session. Join us for a restorative and creative gathering in nature as we welcome the Fall Equinox. This is a space where sound healing, grounding tea, and creative expression come together to nourish our mind, body, and spirit. 🌿 ✨ Expect an afternoon of: • Sound healing + deep relaxation • Creative self-expression through intuitive painting • Herbal tea + light bites • Authentic connection + community • A peaceful yet uplifting experience in nature The Fall Equinox marks a threshold moment between seasons, offering an opportunity to pause, reflect, and come into balance. As we transition from the energizing summer to the slower Fall season, we will make space to celebrate what we’ve cultivated, release what we’re ready to let go of, and set our intentions for the season ahead, ultimately bringing greater balance and clarity into our lives✨ Event Flow We’ll begin with an opening circle to connect, ground ourselves, and settle into the space. From there, we’ll ease into a sound bath meditation to calm the nervous system as we enter a state of deep surrender. We will go on an immersive journey through sound. From this grounded space, we’ll gently transition into an intuitive painting experience inspired by our theme. You’ll be invited to explore the space between what has been and what is becoming—expressing what you’re ready to release, carry forward, or welcome into your next season through color, imagery, symbols, words, or whatever naturally emerges on canvas. 🎨 This is not a step-by-step painting class. This is a free-flowing paint session with an optional theme. You will be encouraged to create from a place of curiosity and authentic self-expression and be supported in your creative process. No art experience is needed; this experience is beginner-friendly :) Whether you come with a friend, a loved one, or on your own, you are welcome here. Come as you are and give yourself the space to slow down, reconnect, and create! ☀️ What to bring • A blanket or yoga mat • A journal (there will also be journals available) • Comfortable clothes • Anything else that will help you feel cozy and comfortable in the park (cushion, chair, water, etc.) Note: This is a floor-seated experience! Please reach out if you need any accommodations. 🌿 Sliding Scale Tickets: $33–$44 This is our suggested contribution; you may contribute what feels aligned and accessible to you. We want these experiences to remain accessible while also honoring the love, energy, and intention that go into creating them.
