Inspired by the trees releasing their leaves, this month we’ll gather to explore the beauty of letting go. Together, we will reflect on what we may be holding onto out of guilt, fear, anger, obligation, or habit, and gently create space for what we are ready to release. Just as autumn reminds us that letting go is a natural part of growth, we will explore how releasing what no longer serves us can make room for peace, clarity, and new beginnings!
