What to expect 7:00 PM — Mixer & Mingling We'll start with approximately 45 minutes to grab a drink, settle into the space, meet people casually, and shake off those first-date nerves. Icebreaker We'll get everyone involved with an icebreaker designed to make starting conversations a little less awkward. Speed Dating Rounds You'll have three rounds of conversations with increasing time and deeper questions: • Round 1: 30 seconds • Round 2: 1 minute • Round 3: 1 minute, 30 seconds Everyone will have the opportunity to talk to everyone at least three times throughout the experience. Your registration packet When you check in, you'll receive a packet that includes: • A speed dating score sheet • Space to take notes on your connections • Your portion of the icebreaker Because remembering everyone's name, favorite movie, and whether you felt butterflies is a lot to ask of one evening.
