Awakening the Goddess Within

Explore the divine feminine and masculine within us through an intimate workshop on self-discovery, authenticity, and purpose. The gods and goddesses of ancient mythology are more than characters in stories. They represent powerful forces within us, reflecting different aspects of our personalities, our inner lives, and our connection to something greater than ourselves. We all carry qualities traditionally associated with the feminine and masculine: tenderness and strength, intuition and reason, connection and independence, reflection and action. Yet throughout history, our cultures have often celebrated masculine qualities while diminishing, suppressing, or silencing the feminine. Over time, these cultural expectations shape our identities, sometimes distancing us from essential parts of who we are. Awakening the Goddess Within is an invitation to rediscover those neglected parts of ourselves, reconnect with their power, and bring the masculine and feminine into greater harmony. Join Dr. Sayeh Beheshti and Dr. Cynthia Cavalli for an intimate, three-hour experiential workshop combining mythology, psychology, spirituality, guided meditation, and meaningful conversation. Together, we will explore how our identities are shaped, reconnect with aspects of ourselves we may have overlooked, and begin cultivating a more authentic sense of self that allows us to live with greater intention, meaning, and purpose. Our goal is to learn to embrace the fullness of who we are, including all of our feminine and masculine aspects. No prior knowledge of mythology, psychology, or spirituality is necessary. Everyone is welcome, regardless of gender or spiritual beliefs.
