This chapter of the journey is devoted to the sacred runes Mannaz and Dagaz, two powerful symbols of human consciousness and awakening. Mannaz is the rune of the human being — the embodied self in relationship with others, community, and the greater field of consciousness. It invites us to recognize who we are beneath our roles and conditioning, while remembering that our individual evolution is inseparable from the whole. Dagaz is the rune of dawn, illumination, and breakthrough. It marks the threshold where darkness gives way to light — the moment when perception shifts and what was previously hidden can suddenly be seen. Dagaz carries the energy of awakening, transformation, clarity, and a new beginning born through expanded awareness. Together, Mannaz and Dagaz create a journey from self-awareness into illumination — from the human experience as we know it toward the possibility of who we are becoming. Throughout the night, waves of planetary gongs create an expansive field of vibration as you rest inside our Sleeping Temple. Rather than listening to a conventional concert, you are invited to lie down, sleep, dream, meditate, and allow the sound to move through you. As the analytical mind becomes quieter, the continuous resonance of the gongs can support profound relaxation, meditative awareness, vivid dreaming, emotional release, and a deeper experience of inner stillness. The journey begins in the evening with mantra, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation to prepare the body and establish intention. After sharing a nourishing meal together, we enter the Sleeping Temple for an all-night immersion in sacred sound. Through the darkness, Mannaz asks: Who am I? At dawn, Dagaz answers not with words, but with light. As morning arrives, we rise together for Sunrise Sadhana, kriya, and joyful movement — allowing the experience of the night to become embodied through breath, movement, meditation, and community. This is more than an overnight sound bath. It is a ceremonial passage through self, consciousness, darkness, and dawn — an invitation to meet yourself within the vast field of sound and awaken with a new perspective.
