Men’s Breathwork & Meditation Evening

Men’s Breathwork & Meditation Evening Join us for an evening created specifically for men who are seeking to slow down, reconnect, and deepen their relationship with their spirit. We’ll begin with a 45-minute guided breath-work meditation at 6:30 PM, facilitated by Mat Davis. This experience is designed to help you quiet the noise, connect with your breath, become more present, and create space for deeper reflection. Following the breathwork, we’ll gather around the table for a Mediterranean dinner from 8–9 PM. Dinner participation is optional, but highly recommended as an opportunity to continue the conversation, build connection, and share the experience with other men.
