Sober, phone-free live music and ecstatic dance. A guided yoga flow, a band improvising live, restorative ambient set. No experience needed. As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse: the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body. PULSE LIVE at Bridge Hall: a Laguna Beach Yoga teacher, to be announced, opens the night with a guided yoga flow set to live music by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. From there the floor opens into ecstatic dance, then a restorative ambient set and small-group conversations to land it all. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed. First-timers are welcome. A collaboration with Laguna Beach Yoga. Laguna Beach Yoga teachers and instructors get in free. Laguna Beach Yoga members can email [email protected] for a member discount code or with any questions.
