Fall is calling—and it’s time to get planting! Join us at Colonial Farms for a Festive Fall Planter Workshop and spend an afternoon getting your hands in the soil, exploring beautiful seasonal plants, and creating a one-of-a-kind fall container garden to take home. There’s something special about fall gardening—the cooler breeze, changing leaves, morning dew, and the rich colors of the season. We’re celebrating all of it with a hands-on fall planter workshop in Blue Springs, Missouri, designed for gardeners of all experience levels. Create Your Own Fall Planter During this guided fall container gardening class, our instructors will walk you through the basics of designing a beautiful seasonal planter. You’ll learn how to combine plants by considering color, texture, height, shape, and growing habits to create an arrangement that looks great and thrives throughout the fall season. You’ll get to choose from a selection of seasonal plants and create your own unique combination. No gardening experience is necessary—just bring your creativity and a willingness to get your hands dirty! Your Workshop Includes Each workshop participant will receive: • 🌱 A selection of seasonal fall plants • 🪴 Your own planter container • 🌿 Soil and planting materials • ✂️ One pick for your planter • 🌱 Fertilizer to help your plants get established • 👩‍🌾 Guidance from our experienced workshop instructors Want to keep the creativity going? We’ll also have additional plants and materials available for purchase so you can take home everything you need to create another fall planter or continue your seasonal gardening projects.
